Marketing for owner-operators · Weatherford, TX

Marketing that pays for itself.

If you want an agency with thirty people and a beanbag room, I am not it.

Brand, WordPress websites, email, search and Meta ads — built and run by an operator with four companies of his own on the line. Every price published. Every account in your name. One person who answers the phone.

Next month: scale the before/after video ad set by 30%, cut the two audience tests that never beat $45 a lead, and launch the 3-email follow-up for leads who did not book. Estimated impact: 4–6 more customers at the same spend.

The offer

The Leak Audit.
Free, before you pay me anything.

I go through your site, your search presence, your email list and your ad accounts, and I tell you exactly where the money is leaking. You get it whether or not you hire me.

No card, no contract, no twelve-step onboarding. One conversation and a written answer.

  1. Your websiteSpeed on a phone, whether the contact path is obvious, and whether you actually own the domain, the hosting and the logins.
  2. Your search presenceWhat Google shows for your name and your service, whether your business facts match across the directories, and what the AI engines say when someone asks who to call.
  3. Your listWhether you have one, whether it has been mailed, and what it is worth if it were.
  4. Your ad accountsWhether the Pixel fires, whether conversions are tracked, and what you have been paying per lead without being told.
  5. The numberWhat I would fix first, what it costs from the published list, and what I would leave alone.

Proof

No client logo wall. Four businesses I actually run.

Every agency shows you someone else’s results. These are mine — built with my own money, still operating, and the reason I know what works.

The difference

You’ve hired an agency before. You know how it went.

A great pitch, a slow start, a report full of impressions, and a monthly invoice that never quite lined up with new customers. That is not bad luck — it is the model. Here is what changes when the person running your marketing has run a business.

The other option

“Can’t software just do this for $700 a month?”

Increasingly, yes — and you should know that before you talk to me. A wave of funded platforms now run SEO, ads and websites for small businesses using automation, at roughly half a human’s rate.

  • They are genuinely good at volume. Keyword work, ad rotation, content at a cadence no one person matches. If that is all you need, take it — I will tell you so on the call.
  • Nobody is accountable. A platform cannot be fired for a bad quarter, cannot explain a decision, and will not tell you to stop spending.
  • It will not say no. I will. If a service on my own price list will not earn its keep in your business yet, you get told.
  • It cannot take the risk with you. Software does not get paid on your revenue above a baseline. I will.

Own everything.
Rent nothing.

Your domain. Your site. Your list. Your ad account. Your Pixel. Every one of them in your name from day one, with logins you keep. If we ever part ways, you lose a phone number — not your business.

Pricing

Every number, published. Check it before you call.

Almost nobody in this industry does this. You should not have to sit through a sales call to find out what a website costs.

If you would rather not carry a retainer

Pay me on results instead.

I cut the monthly fee and take a percentage of the sales the work actually produces. Your baseline is the trailing three-month average before we start, agreed in writing. I am paid on the growth above it — never on sales you were already making.

Performance Partnership

Reduced retainer + 5–10% of sales above baseline

For example: Full Stack at $1,800 a month instead of $3,600, plus 7% of tracked revenue above your baseline. Capped by agreement, so a great quarter never becomes a bill you resent.

Timeline

What the first 30 days look like.

  1. Day 1

Thirty minutes on the phone. What you sell, who buys it, and what is not working.

  2. Week 1

The Leak Audit, written up. Where the money leaks, what I would fix first, and the number from the published list.

  3. Week 2

Work starts. Site, tracking, email, ad account — built in your accounts, in your name. You get the logins.

  4. Day 30

First reporting call. Spent, came in, cost per customer, and what changes next month.

  5. Ongoing

Month to month, 60 days’ notice either way. Campaigns scale on evidence. If it does not add up, we fix it or we stop.

What I do

Five things. Done properly. Connected to each other.

Most owners have a website nobody visits, an email list nobody mails, an ad account someone burned money in once, and now an AI search engine that has never heard of them. The fix is not more tools — it is making the pieces work as one system.

01 · Foundation

Brand & positioning

What you do, who it is for, and why they should pick you — in words a customer would actually say. Everything else gets built on this.

02 · Web

Websites on WordPress

A site built to do one job: turn the right visitor into a call, a booking or a form. Fast on a phone, easy to update yourself, and yours outright.

03 · Email

Email marketing

Your list is the one audience no algorithm can take away. I build the system — signup, welcome sequence, regular sends — so it runs whether or not you remember it exists.

04 · Ads

Meta advertising

Facebook and Instagram ads with the boring parts done right first — business verification, tracking, account structure — so the money goes toward customers instead of guesswork.

05 · Search New

Search & AI visibility

Local SEO covers the technical fixes, Google Business Profile, citations, reviews and two content pieces a month. Competitive SEO adds multi-market keywords, link building and four pieces. Layered on top…

The whole system

Brand → site → list → ads → AI visibility, built in that order, in your name, by one person who answers the phone.

Fit

Who this is for — and who it isn’t.

A good fit

  • You own the business and make the decisions.
  • You sell something people want and you can deliver — you just need more of them to find you.
  • You would rather have one person who does it right than five vendors pointing at each other.
  • You want to own your website, your list and your ad account. Not rent them.

Not a fit

  • You want a logo by Friday and nothing else.
  • You need a guarantee of results before you will spend a dollar. Nobody honest can give you one.
  • You want an agency with 30 people and a beanbag room. There are plenty; I am not one.
  • You are not going to answer the phone when a lead calls.

Straight answers

Things people ask on the first call.

What does it cost?

It is on the pricing page, in full. A new WordPress site is $4,500 and a starter site is $1,500. Ongoing work runs $150 to $2,000 a month per channel, with packages from $1,900 a month including a no-money-down option that builds your site inside the retainer. Ad spend is always paid by you, directly to Meta. I never mark up media.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Builds are project-priced. Ongoing work is month to month with 60 days’ written notice either way. If it is not working you should not be locked into it — and neither should I.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. Website, domain, hosting, ad account, Pixel, email platform — all in your name. I work as an authorised partner and you can remove me at any time with one click.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. What I can guarantee is that everything will be tracked, you will see the real numbers, and we will make decisions on them instead of on a feeling.

Do you work outside Texas?

Yes. Most of this work happens on a screen and a phone. I am in Weatherford, Texas, and I work with owner-run businesses anywhere in the US.

Why a one-person shop over a big agency?

At a big agency the person who sold you is not the person doing the work, and the person doing the work has 30 other accounts. Here, the person who runs businesses for a living runs yours. If that is not enough people for you, I am not your guy — and I will say so on the call.

Let’s find out in 30 minutes.

No pitch deck. Bring your numbers if you have them, bring your problems if you don’t. The prices are public, so you already know what it costs.
