What is included
Built once, then run every month.
The cheapest customers you will ever get are the ones who already know you.
- Four campaigns a month, planned on a calendar, written in your voice and designed for a phone first
- The automated sequences: welcome, recovery, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back, built and kept tuned
- Segmentation by behavior: who bought, what, how recently, and who has gone quiet
- Deliverability: SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and bulk-sender rules met, so you reach the inbox
- A monthly report in plain English: orders, revenue, revenue per subscriber, and what changes next
The automated sequences
Emails that go out on their own, at the right moment.
These run in the background from the day they are switched on, whether or not anyone remembers to send a newsletter.
- Welcome series
- Browse follow-up
- Abandoned-cart recovery
- Post-purchase care
- Replenishment reminders
- Win-back for the quiet ones
How I run it
Four rules every send follows.
Permission first
Every address on the list asked to be there. No bought, rented or scraped lists, ever. Permission is the law, and it is what keeps you in the inbox.
One email, one job
Every email asks for one thing, and everything in it points at that one button.
The page is part of the email
The click lands on a page that says the same thing, with the same button. Change the subject there and the sale walks away.
Report in dollars
Opens are a signal, not a result. The report leads with orders, revenue and revenue per subscriber.
How to grow when the easy channels are closed to you: owned email, a clean site and a founder’s voice do more than any ad budget. That lesson comes from running the email program for BioBoost Labs+™, one of my own companies.
Straight answers
What owners ask about email.
Which email platform do you use?
The one that fits your business, set up in your name. There are no per-contact fees from me, and the list is yours to take anywhere.
I have a small list. Is it worth it?
Usually yes. A small list of people who asked to hear from you often outsells a big audience on social media. The welcome and follow-up sequences work from the first subscriber.
Can you buy or rent a list to grow faster?
No. Every address on the list asked to be there. Bought lists break the law and wreck your sender reputation, which costs you the inbox for the customers you already have.
What does it cost?
Email marketing is $1,500/mo: four campaigns a month plus the automated sequences, segmentation, deliverability and reporting. It is also part of the Growth and Full Stack packages on the pricing page.

Send me your website. I’ll tell you what I’d fix first.
A written review of your website, how you show up on Google and in AI answers, your email and your ads, with the fixes in order of what makes you money first. Yours to keep, whether or not you hire me. The prices are public, so you already know what the work costs.
