Local SEO · Weatherford & Parker County
Show up when someone nearby searches for what you do.
Local SEO is how a business gets into the map results and the short list of names Google and AI assistants hand out. It is mostly unglamorous work done consistently, and it all stays in your name.
Local SEO · $1,250/mo
What the monthly plan covers.
Technical fixes, on-page optimization, Google Business Profile, citations, review strategy, 2 content pieces a month, rank tracking.
Getting on that list is a different job from old-school SEO, and almost nobody serving small businesses is doing it yet.
- Google Business Profile set up or cleaned up: categories, services, description, photos and service area
- Your name, address and phone made identical across Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp and the directories
- A simple review plan, so happy customers actually leave one
- Technical fixes on your site: speed, titles, structured data, sitemap and Search Console
- Two content pieces a month that answer what your customers search for
- Rank tracking and a monthly report in plain English
AI search
Being the name AI assistants recommend.
More people now ask an assistant instead of searching: when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overview who to call, the answer comes from a short list of sources those engines trust.
- Structured data so machines can read what you do, where, and for whom
- Answer-ready content pages that get cited, not just ranked
- Consistent business facts across Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp and the directories AI engines pull from
- A quarterly check of what the major AI engines actually say about you

Straight answers
What owners ask about SEO.
How long does local SEO take to work?
Usually months, not weeks. Fixing your Google Business Profile and listings can help quickly; reviews and content build over time. Anyone promising page one by a date is guessing. You get a monthly report showing what moved.
Do I need a new website first?
Not always. If your current site is fast, works on a phone and you can edit it, the plan starts there. If it is holding you back, I will say so plainly and show you the cost before anything is built.
Who owns my Google Business Profile?
You do. It stays in your Google account. I work as a manager you can remove at any time.
What is the difference between Local and Competitive SEO?
Local SEO ($1,250/mo) covers the technical fixes, your Business Profile, citations, reviews and 2 content pieces a month. Competitive SEO ($2,250/mo) adds multi-market keywords, 4 content pieces a month, link building and competitor gap analysis.
