Website Care Plan · $199/mo

Your website, kept updated, backed up and online.

WordPress maintenance for businesses in Weatherford, Parker County and Fort Worth. Updates, security and backups handled every month, plus the small edits you never get around to.

What is included

Everything a website needs that nobody remembers to do.

Month-to-month. Your site, domain and hosting stay in your name.

  • Hosting managed and monitored, with the site checked for uptime
  • WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, tested so an update does not break the site
  • Security monitoring and malware scanning
  • Daily backups kept off the server, with restores handled for you
  • Unlimited small content edits: hours, prices, photos, staff, a new paragraph
  • SSL certificate and domain renewals watched so nothing lapses

What it prevents

How websites usually break.

  1. An update breaks the layout

Plugins update on their own schedule. One bad update can blank a page or break a checkout. Updates here get checked against the live site.

  2. The site gets hacked

Out-of-date plugins are the most common way into a WordPress site. Keeping them current and watching for changes closes most of that door.

  3. The disk fills up or the host has a bad day

Logs, backups and uploads pile up quietly until the site stops loading. Monitoring catches it before customers do.

  4. Nobody has the login

The person who built the site moved on and nobody knows the hosting password. Your accounts stay in your name, and I keep the access list current.

I run my own online store on WordPress, so this list comes from fixing these problems on my own site, not from a brochure.

Straight answers

What owners ask about website maintenance.

What does website maintenance cost?

The Website Care Plan is $199/mo. It covers hosting management, updates, security, daily backups and unlimited small content edits. Bigger projects, like a new section or page, are quoted separately on the pricing page.

Do you maintain sites you did not build?

Usually yes, if it runs on WordPress. I start with a review of what is installed, what is out of date and who has access, and tell you plainly if anything needs fixing first.

What counts as a small content edit?

Changes to what is already there: new hours, prices, photos, team members, a paragraph, a holiday notice. New pages or new features are a separate, quoted job.

Can I cancel?

Yes. It is month-to-month. Your site, domain and hosting stay in your name, so you can take them anywhere.

What happens if my site goes down?

I find out what broke and fix it, or restore the last good backup while I fix it. Outages that come from updates or security problems on a site under the plan are covered.
